Taste of Habesha

Taste of Habesha is a one-night collaboration between five chefs, each presenting a region through a single course. Expect slow-cooked lamb from Arsi, bright vegetable dishes from Tigray and a dessert course built around honey and coffee.

The tasting ticket includes all five courses and paired non-alcoholic drinks. Chef's Table seats twelve guests in the kitchen for a bespoke menu, grinder-side coffee ceremony and a conversation with the chefs.
