1. What Taem is
Taem is an event discovery and reservation platform. We list events published by organizers and let visitors reserve tickets. Taem is not the organizer, promoter, venue or payment processor for any listed event.
2. Reservations, not payments
A booking made on Taem is a reservation. Unless an event page states otherwise, no payment is collected online. A confirmation confirms held inventory, not a paid or verified ticket. Payment, pricing disputes and refunds are handled by the organizer under their own terms.
3. Booking details
You are responsible for providing accurate contact information. Your booking reference and the email used at booking are required to retrieve a reservation. Keep them private. Anyone with both values may be able to view the reservation.
4. Inventory and cancellation
Reservations are subject to availability and are enforced at the time of booking. If an event is cancelled by the organizer, reservations for that event are cancelled and released. You may request cancellation by contacting the organizer or Taem; release of seats is at the organizer's discretion and subject to their policy.
5. Entry
Entry is subject to the venue's rules, capacity and age restrictions. Bring your booking reference and a valid ID. Taem cannot guarantee admission where an organizer or venue refuses entry.
6. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to scrape, overload, or abuse the service, or to guess booking references. We rate limit and monitor abusive traffic and may block access where necessary.
7. Changes
We may update these terms as the product develops. Material changes will be reflected by the date above. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance.
