Privacy Policy

What we collect
When you reserve tickets we collect your name, email address and phone number, along with the event, ticket type and quantity. We also record the time of booking and generate a reference and ticket codes. If you subscribe to our newsletter we store your email address and subscription date.
Why we collect it
To hold your reservation, let you retrieve it later, and share the attendee list with the organizer of the event you booked so they can plan capacity and entry. Newsletter emails are used only to send event updates; you can unsubscribe at any time.
Who can see it
The event organizer and authorized Taem administrators can see booking and attendee details for their events. We do not sell personal data. Public event pages never expose customer information.
How we protect it
Access to the admin dashboard requires an authenticated administrator session. Passwords are hashed by our authentication provider, admin sessions expire, and booking lookups require both a reference and the matching email address. Lookup and booking endpoints are rate limited.
Retention
Booking records are retained so references remain retrievable and organizers can reconcile attendance. You may request deletion of your booking data by contacting us, subject to the organizer's legitimate record-keeping needs.
Cookies
The public site does not use advertising cookies. Administrators receive a secure, HTTP-only session cookie after signing in.
Your choices
You can ask to access, correct or delete your information by emailing privacy@taem.et. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter by contacting the same address.
